FLYING START
Our flying start revision programme is designed to introduce you to a range of revision techniques that will help support you through your scientific studies. As well as introducing you to a rane of new techniques it will also link some of the key pieces of information that you will meet at KS3 and extend it to the knowledge you will need when you undertake your GCSE's.

It has been designed to run concurrently with the AQA Big Ideas scheme of work at KS3 and it will provide some additional facts and figures to support your learning for the AQA GCSE Combined Science Trilogy or Synergy and the Separate Science's Biology, Chemistry & Physics.

You can download the booklet from the link below, there is also a support booklet that a parent/carer could use to help extend you with your learning. We would recommend going through a topic when they are doing a similar topic in school.

Within each booklet there are a set of facts that need to be learnt, revision ideas, practice questions and a quiz that you can do to see how you are getting on.
